Step 1. Register as a member.

Step 2. Select product, click "Rent now" to add to cart, click "Continue shopping" to add a power bank or battery, or click "Check out".

Step 3. Select Hotel/Home delivery service. 
* Delivery fee: $150 NTD, return included.

Step 4. Set up "Rental start date" and "Rental end date".
* We start charging for our service on Rental Start Day, the service end at 24:00 on Rental End Day.
Last order available before 14:00 two days in advanced.
(eg. If you would like to get the device by Thursday, please select Friday as Rental Start Day, Wednesday 14:00 would be the latest time to reserve.)

Step 5. Fill in credit card payment information.
* When process payment, it includes Deposit and Rental Fee, once payment is done, the rental is complete.

Step 6. Order complete.
You may process to "My Account" -> "Rental History" to check if the order succeed.

Pick up and Return

【Pick-Up】
Home delivery service must be reserved latest by 14:00 two days before rental start date.
Package would arrived one day in advanced. (Delivery fee: $150 NTD return included)
(If you choose to pick up on Friday, the order must be completed before 14:00 Wednesday.)
 
【Return】
On the rental end date, place the device into return bag, send it from any 7-11 stores.
(Outlying islands excluded.)
※The clear return bag included in the package must be kept in well condition, If it is lost, please fill
out the “receiver pays”document at 7-11 counter, and send back to TaiPower store.
