Home/Hotel addresses are available for delivery service.

【Return】

Please place the device and all accessories into the prepaid USPS envelope provided and drop the USPS envelope into any USPS blue postbox or US office before 11:59 PM.

※If the USPS return envelope is lost or damaged, any return method would be on your own expense.

The tracking number on USPS return envelope is available for tracking the package status.

Before sending back the device, please make sure all the accessaries are intact and kept in well condition to prevent further issues.

【Pick-Up】

Please present your ID or order confirmation to pick up the package during store open hours from 9AM to 4PM EST (Mon-Fri, Closed on Federal Holidays).

※Online reservation is needed beforehand.

【Return】

Please return the device at the iVideo USA Store during store open hours from 9AM to 4PM EST (Mon-Fri, Closed on Federal Holidays). If you need to return the device after 4PM, please drop it into the mail slot at our iVideo USA Store before 9 PM.

※If the return date falls on weekends or national holidays, you will receive a USPS envelope instead. Please place the device into the USPS prepaid envelope provided and drop it at any USPS blue postbox or US post office before 11:59 PM.
