Delivery

Packages will arrive one day before your rental start date for home and hotel deliveries. For hotel deliveries, please make sure the name on the order matches the name on your booking reservation.

Return

A prepaid LetterPack will be provided along with the device. Please place the device into the prepaid return envelope and drop it into any red postbox located across Japan before 11:59PM.
