7- ELEVEN ibon Return Instructions

You can find your return number through the email confirmation or on your order confirmation slip. The return number is only valid for 30 days. If your rental period is over 30 days, please use the new return number, which can be found in the return notification email, your rental history or the text message on your phone. We are not responsible if you forget your return number and fail to return the device. If you cannot find it, please contact us as soon as possible.

Alternatively, there are return drop boxes where devices can be dropped off free of charge located in the Taoyuan and Kaohsiung airports (24/7).

Place your device and "7-ELEVEN交貨便服務單" (7-ELEVEN Return Slip) into the 7-11 return bag and hand it to the store clerk. Keep your return receipt for future reference.

Hi-Life Pickup Instructions

Mention iVideo to the clerk and show your ID/passport. Make sure the order matches your full name when registering on the website, as you will be unable to pickup your device in store. Remember to keep the iVideo Return Bag and the pink prepaid return receipt in good condition as you will need them when returning the device.

Hi-Life Return Instructions

Place the Pocket WiFi device and prepaid pink return receipt (還件單) into the iVideo Bag provided with your rental. The clerk will scan the barcode on your 還件單 (pink prepaid receipt) and process your return. Keep your return receipt for future reference.

Hi-life pickup orders can be returned in any Hi-life stores.

Pelican Pickup Instructions

Please provide your ID/passport to the clerk when collecting the device. Make sure the order matches your full name when registering on the website, as you will be unable to pickup your device at the counter. Please keep the Pelican Return Bag as you’ll need it when returning the device.

Pelican Return Instructions

Place your device and accessories into the Pelican Return Bag with prepaid return slip attached, and drop the package at the Pelican Counter where you picked up the device. Make sure to drop off the device before entering the custom. If the prepaid Pelican Return Bag is lost, please fill out the “receiver pays” form at the 7-11 counter, and send the device back to Taiwan store.

WiFi Router Pickup Counter Pickup Instructions

Mention iVideo to the clerk, show your ID, passport, full name and the last three digits of your phone number for collection. Make sure the order matches your full name when registering on the website, as you will be unable to pick up your device at the counter. Please make sure the device and all accessories are included when you receive the package.

There are return drop boxes where devices can be dropped off free of charge located in the original pickup counter. Make sure to drop off the device before entering the custom. Late return penalty and additional shipping fee will be at your own cost.

You can also return the devices or sim cards by sending to iVideo Taiwan Store at your own expense. Please put the items in a box with a length, width and height of no more than 30 cm or an opaque plastic bag, and send them back to us. If you send the items by convenience store, post or a delivery company, please keep the receipt and provide iVideo with a tracking number.
