USA PICK UP & RETURN FAQ

  1. HOW SHOULD I SET UP A PICKUP AND RETURN DATE?

    If you choose home/hotel delivery, your order will arrive 1 business day before your rental start day.
    Please return your order before 11:59 p.m. on your rental end day.

  2. HOW DO I PICK UP AND RETURN MY ORDER?

    Hotel / Home Delivery 2-day Shipping By 10 a.m. 2 business days before the start date.
    Standard Shipping By 10 a.m. 2-5 business before the start date (Depends on the destinations).
  4. WHERE CAN YOU SHIP THE DEVICE TO?

    Currently, we offer delivery services in Taiwan, Japan, and USA.
    All Global WiFi items can be picked up in Taiwan, Japan, and the USA.

    For home/hotel delivery, we only offer delivery services to addresses in the Contiguous US. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

  5. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE NO TIME TO RETURN THE DEVICE IN THE USA?

    There are blue USPS drop boxes available on the street; you can find the location here. Please ensure that you drop off the Wi-Fi device before heading to the airport, as there are no postboxes within US airports for security reasons.

    If you leave the USA without returning the device, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. A daily rental fee will apply for any late returns, and compensation will be required for lost devices or accessories. For returns via international shipping, late fees will be charged until the items are received. These fees are calculated based on the original rental price and are not eligible for any promotional discounts or coupon redemptions.
