Pickup is available at Lawson Convenience Stores across Japan (Okinawa excluded)

Pickup

You can pick up your device at Lawson Convenience Stores which are open 24/7 across Japan (Okinawa excluded) on your rental start date.
If you choose to pick up at Lawsons Stores in Aomori Hokkaido, Chūgoku region, Shikoku, and Kyushu, please place your order before 10 AM 3 days in advance. (Due to the Winter delivery schedule, customers who choose to pick up at Lawson Stores in Hokkaido between Dec 1 and Mar. 31 will need to place their orders before 10 AM 4 days in advance.)

Return

A prepaid return Nippon envelope will be provided along with the device. Please place the device into the prepaid return envelope and drop it into any Nippon red postbox located across Japan before 11:59 PM.

※ Please note that the thickness of the LetterPack Light envelope is limited to 3cm. ( click here to see the reference picture)
　 If the package cannot be delivered, because it exceeds the thickness limit, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
※ If you have lost the Letter Pack bag provided by iVideo, please purchase a Letter Pack bag at a nearby post office or Lawson convenience store.
※ You can buy Letter Pack lite for ¥430 in iVideo stores in Japan, Lawson convenience stores, and the post office in Japan.
