Pick up your device at a residential address or hotel

Delivery

Packages will arrive one day before your rental start date for home and hotel deliveries. For hotel deliveries, please make sure the name on the order matches the name on your booking reservation.

Return

A prepaid LetterPack will be provided along with the device. Please place the device into the prepaid return envelope and drop it into any red postbox located across Japan before 11:59 PM.

※ Please note that the thickness of the LetterPack Light envelope is limited to 3cm. (click here to see the reference picture)
　 If the package cannot be delivered, because it exceeds the thickness limit, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
※ If you have lost the Letter Pack bag provided by iVideo, please purchase a Letter Pack bag at a nearby post office or Lawson convenience store.
※ You can buy Letter Pack lite for ¥430 in iVideo stores in Japan, Lawson convenience stores, and the post office in Japan.
