Japan Post Office Pickup Instructions

Mention iVideo to the clerk and show your passport. The full name on your passport must match the name on your order. You will be unable to pick up your order if the name is misspelled or incorrect. Contact us immediately if there is a typo. Sign the receipt to receive your iVideo Pocket WiFi device.

Japan Post Office Return Instructions

A Nippon prepaid return envelope will be provided along with the device. Please place the device into the prepaid return envelope and drop it into any Nippon red postbox or post office located across Japan before 11:59 PM.

※ Please note that the thickness of the LetterPack Light envelope is limited to 3cm. ( click here to see the reference picture)
　 If the package cannot be delivered, because it exceeds the thickness limit, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
※ If you have lost the Letter Pack bag provided by iVideo, please purchase a Letter Pack bag at a nearby post office or Lawson convenience store.
※ You can buy Letter Pack lite for ¥430 in iVideo stores in Japan, Lawson convenience stores, and the post office in Japan.
　 If you rent 2 or more routers, please buy Letter Pack Plus ¥600.

Lawson Pickup Instructions

There are two ways to pick up your device at a Lawson convenience store.

A. Pick up the WiFi device by scanning the barcode, which can be found in the email sent by Sagawa Express.

When your device is delivered to the selected store, you will receive an email from [SAGAWA Express 佐川急便株式会社 info-cvs@sagawa-exp.co.jp] [Subject: 【iVideo】ご注文商品のコンビニ受取に関するお知らせ] with a barcode and pickup instructions. Show the barcode to the clerk.

A signature will be required to pick up your package.

After you pick up the package, there will be a Nippon prepaid letter pack inside the package for returns.

B. Pick up the WiFi device using the Loppi kiosk Machine with pickup/tracking number and password sent by Sagawa Express and iVideo.

Find a red Loppi machine at the Lawson convenience store.
-Enter the pickup/tracking number and password (3708116) from the confirmation email or the email from Sagawa Express at the Loppi kiosk inside Lawson. Do not forget it, as you will be unable to pick up the package.

Please click the button with the text [各種番号をお持ちの方] (Customers who hold the pickup number) on the Loppi kiosk
-Enter 問い合わせ番号 (pickup/tracking number)
-Enter 認証番号 (3708116)
-Press 確認 (confirm)

After the process, the Loppi kiosk will print out a receipt with a barcode. Please give the receipt to Lawson staff within 30 minutes, as the receipt will expire and you will need to reprint the barcode.

※ Please note you should receive 2 emails from iVideo & Sagawa Express respectively closer to your rental start date.
※ If you didn't receive these 2 emails, you can also check your tracking number via "My Account" > "Rental History" on the iVideo website using the free wifi in Japan's airports. According to the tracking number & password (3708116), you can pick up the Wifi device using the Loppi kiosk Machine.
※ Make sure your email address is valid and complete.

Packages will arrive one day before your rental start date for home and hotel deliveries. For hotel deliveries, please make sure the name on the order matches the name on your booking reservation.

iVideo Store Pickup Instructions

Please present your ID card, passport, or iVideo Username to pick up the package during store open hours from 9 AM to 6 PM (Mon-Sun, Open during holidays).

iVideo Store Return Instructions

If you are unable to return the device in person, please purchase a Letter Pack envelope and send your rentals back to iVideo stores at your own expense. You can buy Letter Pack for ¥430 each in Lawson convenience stores, and the post office in Japan. If you rent 2 or more routers, please buy Letter Pack Plus for ¥600.

Show your passport to the post office staff and receive the pocket Wi-Fi. The name on the order record must match the name on the passport. If there is a mismatch, you will not be able to receive the device. If you entered the name incorrectly, please contact customer service.

The return letter pack is provided together with the device. When returning, place the device and all parts in the letter pack and drop it in the red postbox by 11:59 p.m.

LAWSON Pickup Instructions at Japanese Airports

There are two pickup methods at LAWSON convenience stores:

A. Barcode Pickup Method

When the product arrives at the designated convenience store, you will receive an email from the Sagawa Kyubin (佐川宅急) delivery company. Show the barcode in the email to the LAWSON staff.

Sign the confirmation section for product pickup.

Receive the product. The return letter pack is provided inside the Sagawa Kyubin package.

B. Pickup Using Inquiry Number via Loppi Machine

Using the "Inquiry Number" received via email from Sagawa Kyubin and the "Authentication Number: 3708116," you can use the Loppi machine at the LAWSON convenience store.

How to use Loppi: Select "For those with a number," enter the "Inquiry Number," enter the "Authentication Number: 3708116," and confirm.

Take the "Product Exchange Voucher" printed by the Loppi machine to the checkout within 30 minutes and hand it to the staff.

Receive the product. The return letter pack is provided inside the Sagawa Kyubin package.

Finally, sign the confirmation section for product pickup.

※ An email from iVideo & Sagawa Express will be sent before the pickup date.

※ You can receive the device using the tracking number and authentication number in the email. If you did not receive the email, please connect to the free Wi-Fi at the airport and contact customer service.

※ Please make sure you have provided the correct email address information.

Explanation for receiving items at LAWSON in Japan

There are 2 ways to receive items at LAWSON convenience stores.

A. Barcode-based receipt method

When the item arrives at the designated convenience store, you will receive an email from the Sagawa Kyubin (佐川宅急便) courier company. Show the barcode in the email to the LAWSON staff.

Receive the item. (The return envelope letter pack will also be provided inside the Sagawa Kyubin package.)

B. Receipt method using "Tracking Number" through Loppi machine

Using the "Tracking Number" and "Authentication Number: 3708116" received via email from Sagawa Kyubin, you can use the "Loppi" machine installed at LAWSON convenience stores.

How to use Loppi: Select "各種番号をお持ちの方" → Enter the "Tracking Number" → Enter "Authentication Number: 3708116" → Confirm

Take the "Product Exchange Voucher" printed by the Loppi machine to the counter within 30 minutes and hand it to the staff.

Receive the item. (The return envelope letter pack will also be provided inside the Sagawa Kyubin package.)

Finally, sign in the item receipt confirmation section.

※ Before the receipt date, an email will be sent from iVideo & Sagawa Express.

※ You can collect the device using the tracking number and authentication number provided in the email. If you did not receive the email, connect to the free Wi-Fi at the airport and contact customer service.

※ Please ensure that you provide the correct email address information.

The return letter pack is enclosed with the device. To return, place the device and all its components in the letter pack and drop it in a red mailbox before 11:59 PM.

Explanation for Home/Hotel Delivery Receipt

The device will be delivered the day before receipt. The names of the orderer and recipient must be the same.

The return letter pack is enclosed with the device. To return, place the device and all its components in the letter pack and drop it in a red mailbox before 11:59 PM.

Explanation for Receiving at iVideo Store

During store hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday, including holidays), show your ID and order confirmation to the staff. Detailed usage instructions will be provided upon receipt. Please collect the device on the designated receipt date.

Explanation for Returning at iVideo Store

If you are unable to visit in person, purchase a return letter pack (¥430) from a post office or Lawson convenience store, pack the device, and drop it in a mailbox.
