Pick up your device at a residential address or hotel

Delivery

Packages will arrive one day before your rental start date for home and hotel deliveries. For hotel deliveries, please make sure the name on the order matches the name on your booking reservation.

Return

You can find your 7- ELEVEN ibon return number through the email confirmation or on your order confirmation slip. The return number is only valid for 30 days. If your rental period is over 30 days, please use the new return number, which can be found in the return notification email, your rental history, or the text message on your phone. If you cannot find it, please contact us as soon as possible.
Alternatively, there are return drop boxes where devices can be dropped off free of charge located in the Taoyuan and Kaohsiung airports (24/7).
