Please present your ID card or Order Confirmation to pick up your package during store open hours from 9 AM to 4 PM EST (Mon-Fri, Closed on Federal Holidays). Specific device instructions will be given upon pickup. Pick up your device on the rental start date.

Return

Please return the device at the iVideo USA Store during open hours 9 AM to 4 PM EST (Mon-Fri, Closed on Federal Holidays). If you need to return the device after 4 PM, please drop it through the mail slot at the iVideo USA Store before 9 PM.
※If the return date falls on weekends or national holidays, you will receive a USPS envelope instead. Please place the device into the USPS prepaid envelope provided and drop it at any USPS blue postbox or US post office before 11:59 PM.
