Pickup

Please present your ID or order confirmation to pick up the package during store open hours from 9 AM to 6 PM (Mon-Sun, including holidays). Specific device instructions will be given upon pickup. Pick up your device on the start date.

※ Please note that the thickness of the LetterPack Light envelope is limited to 3cm. ( click here to see the reference picture)
　 If the package cannot be delivered, because it exceeds the thickness limit, you will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
※ If you have lost the Letter Pack bag provided by iVideo, please purchase a Letter Pack bag at a nearby post office or Lawson convenience store.
※ You can buy Letter Pack lite for ¥430 in iVideo stores in Japan, Lawson convenience stores, and the post office in Japan.
　 If you rent 2 or more routers, please buy Letter Pack Plus ¥600.
