Is My Phone Compatible with This SIM Card?

iOS Devices:
Compatible with iPhone 11 and newer models. Devices purchased in China, Hong Kong, or Macau, as well as carrier-locked or jailbroken devices, may not be supported.

Android Devices:
Devices may not be compatible due to hardware or software limitations, including:

• Carrier-branded phones

• Devices purchased in China, Hong Kong, or Macau

• Carrier-locked or rooted devices

• Tablets and mobile Wi-Fi routers

For the best compatibility, we recommend using Android devices manufactured in 2019 or later.

Please note that the following brands/models are not supported:

• SHARP smartphones

• SONY smartphones

• Google Pixel smartphones

Before purchasing, please carefully verify your device specifications to ensure compatibility and avoid any inconvenience.

-DualSIM Devices

Some dual-SIM devices may not be compatible with this SIM card.

If you are using a dual-SIM device:

• We recommend installing the SIM card in SIM Slot 1.

• If both SIM cards need to be used simultaneously, please set SIM Slot 1 as the preferred data network.

• If you didn't use the product and it is still on the valid date, or the product wasn't working, or the activation failed, please send it back to us on your behalf. We will provide a full refund after confirming there's no data usage from the SIM card you purchased. 

• Due to differences in telecom operators and software usage policies across countries, the following APNs (3gnet、mobile、ctm-mobile、CTExcel、smartone、mobile.three.com.hk) do not support TikTok and may not support certain applications, such as AI apps like ChatGPT or Gemini.

• We suggest you turn off the device when not in use, and turn off auto-update and auto-backup functions (such as push mail) on your phones and tablets, and offline or log out of the website after browsing. Suppose the cellular company detects that an excessive amount of data was consumed in a short period. In that case, they have the right to lower or disconnect your connection speed without notifying iVideo in advance. To have unlimited data, you need to keep the advanced mode on.
