If you choose to return your rental device or SIM card before the scheduled end date, we will recalculate your rental fee based on the current pricing displayed on our official website to determine any potential price adjustment.

Daily Rental: In the event of an early return, your recalculated fee will be determined by the actual daily rental rate you initially paid during the rental period.

Monthly Rental: Should you decide to return your rental early, the fee will be adjusted to reflect the monthly rental rate for the current month, taking into account the duration of your rental. For instance, if you initially rented the item for a full year at a discounted rate, and then return it after using it for 11 months, we will re-evaluate the fee based on a 6-11 month discounted rate according to the promotional terms. If the rental period is less than a month, the daily rental rate will apply, with a minimum requirement of 3 days (excluding the monthly rental promotion/30 calculation).

This policy applies exclusively to monthly rental items. The daily rental rates are $3.7 USD/day for Japan WiFi devices and SIM cards, $2.6 USD/day for Taiwan WiFi devices and SIM cards and $5.3USD/day for Taiwan Home Router.

Daily Rental: The minimum rental charge is for 3 days, with a flat-rate daily fee.

Monthly Rental: Each month consists of 30 days. We offer exclusive long-term pricing to help you save more the longer you rent (full payment required).

Please note that shipping fees are not included in the rental fee. If you rent two or more devices or SIM cards and return them separately, the shipping fee will be at your own expense.

If an order is placed but the item is not picked up after the designated pickup date, and the item is dispatched and successfully delivered, the rental fee will still be charged and is non-refundable.

Upon canceling your order, you will receive an email confirmation, and the payment will be credited to your iVideo account. Should you prefer the refund to be issued to your credit card, please reach out to iVideo customer service.

Your rental's final day signifies the deadline for the return of the rented item.

For example, if your rental term spans from the 1st to the 30th of December, the device must be returned by 11:59 pm on December 30th. In the event of a late return, our company reserves the right to apply late fees. These fees are calculated based on the number of days the items are overdue, starting from the initial shipping date. For returns involving international shipping, late fees will be calculated until the date the items are received. Late fees are calculated at the original rental price and are not eligible for any promotional discounts or coupon redemptions.

Please ensure the timely return of your rental device/sim card by the designated end date. An automated return notice email will be sent to your registered email address by iVideo. Please note that not receiving this email does not warrant a reduction or exemption of late return fees.

In the event of flight delays caused by airlines or natural disasters, you may apply for a cancellation/delayed certificate from the airline. Kindly provide this certificate to iVideo Customer Service to avail a discounted price.

In case of lost, damaged, or unreturned products, you will be charged based on the accessory list. If the items are lost but are found and returned within 14 days, a refund may be processed. However, if the items are found after the 14-day period, they will not be accepted for return, and no refund will be issued.
