How to use

  1. After placing your order, you can check the order information in your eSIM history
  2. Within 3 minutes after ordering, you will receive the eSIM QR code via email. Please follow the instructions in the email to proceed with the installation and activation.
  3. Install eSIM on your device.
  4. Activate your eSIM in the destination country.

Notice

  • Please ensure that you are in an internet-connected environment before scanning and installing the eSIM QR code.
  • Please install and activate the eSIM within the QR code's validity period to avoid expiration and loss of usability. Note that one eSIM device can hold up to 8 eSIM profiles.
  • Please enter the activation code correctly as it will become invalid after 7 incorrect attempts. Once the eSIM is invalidated, it cannot be restored, and refunds will not be provided.
  • If you accidentally delete the installed eSIM within it's validity period (refer to the iVideo eSIM order notification email), you can reinstall it by scanning the QR code, with a limit of 5 times. Note: Reinstallation is only permitted on the original device and cannot be transferred.
  • If you have not used or successfully installed the eSIM plan within the validity period, contact iVideo customer support for possible cancellation and refund, subject to a handling fee of $3.5 USD per request after verification.
  • If you encounter connection issues, try restarting your phone or moving to another location and then retry.
  • If the eSIM does not function properly or the activation fails, please get in touch with us.

Data Usage Guidelines:
To maintain network quality and stability under The International Fair Usage Policy, telecom companies may impose data limits or temporary suspension for users with excessive usage within a short period. In such cases, refunds or additional compensation cannot be provided. Please avoid activities like watching videos, uploading or downloading large amounts of data, using network TV, voice/video calls, online gaming, etc.
