Taoyuan Airport WiFi Router Pickup Counters (Terminal 1 & 2)

• - Pickup service available from Feb 14 to Feb 22, 2026
  - Counter operating hours: 06:00–23:30

• - 24-hour return service available throughout the Lunar New Year.
• - Devices picked up via any method may be returned using the return boxes.

   

  ⚠️ Home routers cannot be dropped off in the return box. Please use an alternative method for return. If you have any questions, please contact customer support.

  Important Pickup Instructions
• To pick up WiFi devices or SIM cards before Feb 16, orders must be:

  Placed by 12:00 PM on Feb 15

  Picked up by 5:30 PM on Feb 15

  In-store inventory is limited. Early reservations are strongly recommended.

  - Orders scheduled for pickup on Feb 16–17 must be collected in advance on Feb 15 (12:00–17:30).

  - Orders scheduled for pickup on Feb 18 are not eligible for early pickup.
  Pickup is available on Feb 18 from 09:00 to 18:00.

• - Return service available throughout the Lunar New Year
  - Return box hours: 08:30–22:00, Monday–Sunday
  - Devices picked up via any method may be returned using the return box

Home Delivery (Taiwan)

- Home delivery service operates as usual during the Lunar New Year

- Due to high shipping volume during the holiday period, please place orders at least 5 days before your desired delivery date

Registered Mail Pickup (Chunghwa Post)

- To receive your order before Feb 14, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM on Feb 9

- No shipments will be dispatched from Feb 14 to Feb 22, 2026
