Pick up your device at a residential address or hotel

Delivery

Packages will arrive one business day before your rental start date for home and hotel deliveries. For hotel deliveries, please make sure the name on the order matches the name on your booking reservation.

Return

To return a device, simply place the device into the USPS prepaid envelope provided, and drop the package off at any USPS blue postbox or US post office before 11:59 PM. If the attached prepaid envelope is lost, please purchase a USPS Priority Mail envelope and ship it to 1500 Kings Hwy N, Ste 105C Cherry Hill, NJ 08034-2304 and email us the tracking number.
