Pick up your device at a residential address or hotel

Delivery

Packages will arrive one day before your rental start date for home and hotel deliveries. For hotel deliveries, please make sure the name on the order matches the name on your booking reservation.

Return

A prepaid LetterPack will be provided along with the device. Please place the device into the prepaid return envelope and drop it into any red postbox located across Japan before 11:59 PM.

※ If you lose the provided Letter Pack bag, purchase one at a nearby post office or Lawson convenience store.
※ Letter Pack Lite (¥430) is available at iVideo stores, Lawson, or post offices. For 2+ routers, purchase Letter Pack Plus (¥600).
※ Return address: 102, 27-14 Nishiasakusa 3-chome, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0035, Japan (〒111-0035 東京都台東区西浅草 3-27-14 102号室).
※ Letter Pack Lite thickness is limited to 3cm. ( click here to see the reference picture)
Items exceeding 3cm will be returned to the sender's post office and can only be collected by the sender. iVideo cannot retrieve it and will charge a lost compensation fee.
